Chrzanów Refractories Works (ChZMO S.A.) is the only Polish manufacturer of silica refactory materials with over eighty-years-old tradition.
In 1928 a Polish-German company called Zakłady Ceramiczne Stella" S.A. (with head-quarter in Warsaw) which manufactured silica materials was established. Goods produced in ChZMO S.A. from years are applied in plenty of industrial branches mainly coke, metallurgical and glass industries.
	Adequately elaborated quality of each type of silica materials is the reason why the duration of coke oven batteries builded on the basis of our products significantly exceeds the average service lives of other batteries and reaches even over 35 years.
Unique composition of used quartzite raw materials, manufacturing technology and utilization of the periodic Bickley kiln makes possible manufacturing shapes with: the unit weight up to 160 kg, dimensions up to 960 mm.
	Especially advised type SE 90 having good refractoriness under load is being perfect for arches of a big span and capacity.
In order to meet the needs of the market, our company has introduced in its offer refractory aluminosilicate products for the steel, glass, chemical, cement, lime, foundry, coke, non-ferrous metals industry.
The constant work is done in terms of producing new types of refractories. We are ready to provide you with masses, mortars, concretes and casting powders. Qualified personnel on the basis of verified technical documentation manufacture all our product, and they are subject of the quality control in course of the manufacturing process and final quality acceptance before their shipment.
